There is so much happening around here over the next couple of weeks. Starting tonight with the launch of Utter Bearwood

…and when you leave there, if you’ve still got the energy, the brilliant trumpet player Graeme Hamilton, who has played with some of the finest musicians in jazz and pop, will be headlining his own band at Bearwood Jazz at Corks.

Then on Wednesday next week Warley Woods are planning a Halloween ghost trail through the Woods from 6pm, and on November 8th Bearwood volunteers are helping the Friends of Victoria Park plan a fireworks spectacular which promises to be something special. More on that and the Smethwick Heritage Centre’s World War II event at St Mary’s Church Hall to follow.
